My iMac froze and now nothing works. Mouse. Keyboard trackpad. My grandson was syncing my keyboard to his iPad for school and it froze on the Bluetooth application. I’ve shut off the computer using control, command and the power button the back of my iMac. It shut off and then came back on and the screen is now black. I can hear it running. What can I do. I left it turned off more than 18 hrs
